Breakfast at the Legion
Royal Canadian Legion, 7 West Street. Breakfast includes: Eggs, ham and sausage, pancakes, toast, tea, coffee or juice. Cost $8.00 with button, $8.50 without button, $5.00 for children under 12.

11:30 am to 1:30 pm
Baked Bean Luncheon
Bennett Hall, 11 West Street. Bennett Hall Ladies Auxiliary is hosting a baked bean luncheon. Eat in or take out available. Cost $7.00 per person. Lunch of homemade baked beans and wieners, dinner rolls, cookies, tea/coffee.

Old Sam Day
Come celebrate the 54th Anniversary of the Old Sam Day tradition! A day of fun races for skiers and boarders aged 19 to 100! Challenge your friends or cheer on the contestants, then get warmed up in the Knotty Pine Lounge with a snack and a mug of chocolate Sam. Everyone is welcome! This event is organized by the Marble Mountain Ski and Ride Club and sponsored by the NLC’s Old Sam Rum. Check for registration information. Registration 11am, Race 1pm.

Winter Carnival Family Night
It's family night at Marble Mountain. Come out and play with your family or group of 4 and enjoy night riding for just $49. Get lift tickets and rentals for 4 for only $99. We'll have live acoustic music and fireworks at 7:00 PM.

5 pm to 8 pm
Jumbo Buffet
Jennifer’s, 48-50 Broadway. Buffet includes 8 cold salads, 16 hot entrees and 10 assorted desserts. $14.99 per person.

Hot Roast Beef Dinner & Men's Beard Growing Contest & Judging
Elks Club, 9 Carmen Ave. Hot Roast Beef Dinner Cost $12.00 per person. Dine in only. Join us at 6:00 pm for a Hot Roast Beef Dinner followed by the Beard Growing Contest judging at 7:15 pm. Tickets are available at the Elks Club on Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday nights or from Rob Perry 634-7122. Only 100 tickets printed and they sell out fast! Sponsored by Molson Coors

Hot Roast Beef Supper and Desert Westmount Club
10 Herald Ave. Purchase tickets at Club before Feb. 23rd. Cost $12.00 per person.

Winter Carnival Ceilidh
Bennett Hall, West Street. Cost $5.00. Scottish Music, Scottish Country dancing and refreshments. Come in out of the cold and enjoy a “Scottish Time”. Sponsored by the Scottish Heritage Society of Western Newfoundland.

Grab your friends and head to the Royal Canadian Legion on Friday, February 24th. It’s time to have a laugh and a little scuff to tunes by Mixed Tapes. Cost is $10.
