Super Demo Days
This is your chance to take the latest ski and snowboard gear out for a test run where it matters most... on the snow! For three consecutive days, Marble Mountain will host reps from Burton, Head, Rossignol, Salomon and Magine, a local snowboard manufacturer. Demos are free, but most suppliers will require a credit card before they let you take the gear out on the mountain

30-Six Productions presents the 5th Annual Winter Carnival Craft Fair

Chili Cook Off at Margaret Bowater Park
Come to the Margaret Bowater Park for a Chili Fiesta! Tempt your taste buds with a variety of different types of Chili prepared by local chefs for your judging . You can sample the Chili at each booth and vote for your favourite. Lots of fun and includes live music. Sponsored by the City of Corner Brook with all proceeds going to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation. Winter Photography
On the Corner Brook Stream Trail. For youth ages 10+. Bring your camera and meet at the First United Church Hall for a short introductory session. This will be followed by a walk along the Corner Brook Stream Trail to capture beautiful winter pictures ending with a fire and hot chocolate at the Marsh. A prize will be awarded to the most creative picture. Cost: free. Sponsored by Corner Brook Stream Trail.

The event features a series of races where horses advance to the finish line on a giant floor board determined by a wheel of chance. Six betting windows operated with a computer odds marking system.
